The Vibrant Futures Awards is a national program recognising Year 11 students who have displayed the values of Integrity and Respect and Integrity. Living in an increasingly globalised society, we believe the values of Respect and Integrity are critical for success in the business world. 

Individuals who demonstrate these values are likely to be more competitive candidates for roles with greater opportunities to excel in their career. We believe Integrity and Respect are traits of a well-rounded, successful individual who makes a positive contribution to society and their chosen industry.
