Building your confidence for the modern workplace

If you’re a job seeker over the age of 45, we can help you build your skills and confidence so you’re ready to re-enter the workforce with confidence.

The Career Transition Assistance program is designed for mature-aged job seekers looking to update their skillset and become more competitive in the local labour market.

Running over six to eight weeks, we tailor our services to you and your goals.

  • Assistance to set and achieve goals
  • Learn about all things digital
  • Access to jobs in local networks
  • Connect with local employers
  • Customised training suited to your goals

Through a combination of small group sessions and one-on-one support, we’ll support you through 75 hours of face-to-face sessions.

Eligibility:

You’re eligible if you’re aged 45 or over and are participating in one of the following employment services:

  • Workforce Australia services
  • Workforce Australia services online, including:
    • Online Base Service participants
    • Online Full-Service participants
  • Disability Employment Services
